Basics for Designer- The student will learn basic 3D CAD techniques using Siemens NX software formally known as Unigraphics or UG, with the practical hands-on class on the real-word scenario with involves, Sketching module, 3D design using curves, extrude and revolve functions, and other basic commands that help the student to master in geometry-based 3D modeling.
Minimum Qualification required - Understanding of computers and basic mathematical functions like coordinate geometry and concept of lines. we enable our students to master the basics of Engineering drawing to sharpen their fundamental theory before putting them in from of the computer.
Advanced Techniques for Designers - The student will learn advance 3D CAD training using Siemens NX software formally known as Unigraphics or UG, with the practical hands-on class on the real-word scenario with involves, Concept design using splines and surfacing techniques, 3D surface modeling using 3D scan data also known as STL data or point cloud data, core and cavity extraction, live projects of Reverse Engineering which includes a complete project from scratch where a student will be equipped with STL data and practical instruction to deliver Reverse Engineered 3D model for a component like, Helmet, Mudguard, bike wiser, etc. students are free to pick the product of their choice.

NX Sheet Metal Fundamental
The student will learn basic Sheet Metal designing techniques using Siemens NX software formally known as Unigraphics or UG, with the practical hands-on class on the real-word scenario with involves, Bending, blanking, and un-blanking of sheet metal product using advance commands.

Moldflow Fundamental - Fundamental version of the plastic flow analysis for detail study of gate location, Temperature and flow simulation, sink mark detection, weld line spotting, air traps, cavity weight, flow orientation, Clamp force required for mold, pressure requirement at the end of fill stage, different stages involved in injection molding
Moldflow Advanced Flow- Advanced Simulation that involves Runner Balancing, Mold temperature, Cooling channel, warpage, cause of warpage, corner effect, baffle channel.
